Comment: I really do not know how long the drying time was. I purposefully stayed out of the family room until after 8 pm when we moved chairs back. It was dry.

Comment: The carpet was cleaned properly although some stains and corners of the carpet was not completely cleaned which the technician has warned us before he started clean. So no complains there. But the water hose did some damage to my marble floor which I am not been able to clean up. I tried everything. Now I think it is some scratches made when dragging the hose upstairs. Would appreciate your help in getting taken care of this situation.

Comment: Chris, the service tech arrived, set up corner protectors in this older rental property, and really worked hard to get drains and spios out of a badly treated carpet. I was very surprised by the results; happy we called Dalworth for this 'one last time' cleaning before replacing this carpet. Great job by Chris--he was very professional and helpful!

Comment: When given a time they should stick to the time, they showed up at my house early without confirming that its ok. Called several times also over and over while I was at work I guess to see if they could come early. -ccc
