They were great, actually. I would give them an A by far; they were great. Price was competitive and reasonable. This was for carpet cleaning of my whole house. They did pretty much everything except for one bedroom. For responsiveness, they were on it. For punctuality, he was on time. I told them I was gonna get them to come back out in six months. What would I tell a friend? If they need any carpet cleaning, go with them; they did an excellent job, excellent job. Description of Work: This was for carpet cleaning. They did three bedrooms, my downstairs living area, my game room which is like 20' x 20', hallway, and stairs.

Comment: I have sever environmental allergies and chemical sensitivities. Dalworth was very compassionate and willing to listen and trouble shoot for a long time over several conversations to make it possible for us to have this work done. At the time of their cleaning we had been living with fumes in our house form a poor job done on a new AC install a month prior. I had been ill from the fumes and we had no air conditioning - I was forced to move to a hotel when Dalworth came, but they left no trace of their presence in the house when they left. I was so nervous and they did a wonderful job. Thank you all very much!

Comment: Jaime was a rockstar. He was polite, constantly asking me if it was to my liking or if he should hit that spot on the couch again. A few spots that were hard to get he worked extra hard to get them to come out best they could. Super content with service provided for the cost. Couch still has a little odor but I only payed for a steam clean not the odor eliminator. He even showed me the cleaning system in his van and gave a brief explanation of how it all worked. As a tinkerer I appreciated that. He was good enough I tipped him for being awesome about being on time, working hard, and making me feel like I got my moneys worth.

Comment: I have used Dalworth for the last 17 + years. We own few rentals that comes out almost every year. I have had a great experience with Dalworth and their service is unmatched anywhere. The team at the Dalworth office is always on top of any issues that arises and manages it very efficiently. I am impressed. Honestly, I am not an easy client to satisfy. I am very picky and I expect perfection because that how I operate with everything I do. I put 200% of myself into my work. I know that is not fair to expect the same from others. But Dalworth has proved themselves Beyond my expectations. I also wanted to mention most of their technicians are amazing to bring out this quality of service.

Comment: The technician worked hard and my carpets look like new. However, he connected the dalworth hose hose to my hose rather than the spout and ithe pressure blew a hole in my hose. He did tell me about it right before he left and after I had paid.

Comment: The service was great. I called with "almost" an emergency in that our dog bit into a capsule that had fallen on the bathroom floor and was a red / orange capsule he then spit it out on my new carpet transferring the dye to serveral areas in the bedroom and the family room and to make things worse, we discovered the mess at about 9:00 PM. I followed the carpet instructions for removing stains but the stains remained. In discovering several areas, I called Dalworth the next morning and was told a technician could come out at 1:00 PM . The technician explained what he thought was going to take care of the problem...all with my approval. He proceeded and actually repeated some of the steps used in taking out the stains. Thankfully the steps and time he took to do the job all worked very well. I will always use Dalworth for any carpet cleaning ...... when they can solve a problem like I had..... a simple carpet cleaning is a "piece for of cake" thank you Dalworth!

Comment: Monty did a great job. He also noticed that the carpet on one of the steps on our staircase was coming loose and could have caused an accident. So he repaired that and did an excellent job. He did an great job cleaning the carpets which had a lot of stains. I will ask for him again.
