Comment: Ruben was amazing. He was able to add 3 carpets at an excellent cost. He also worked on the microfiber sofa until he was satisfied with the results. He showed no fatigue, no frustration, no resistance to my requests and he was the pinnacle of professional. Customer service has been lacking in other businesses but Ruben demonstrated exactly how other technicians should behave on the job. Great representative for Dalworth.

Comment: Carlos Montano was super. Came on time and did an excellent job. Gave us a bid for our tile patio which we would like cleaned in mid May after we wash our patio furniture. He listened to needs for cleaning the carpet and was glad to do those spots. He was a professional about his job. He gets an A+.

Comment: The technician was great! He knew what he was doing, and explained some things about carpet stains. He worked continuously the whole time he was here. The carpet looks great and I would have him out again. The one thing I would add about the online order...why can you not just give the dimension of the room (9x10, 11x12) instead of square footage. And tho I might have missed it, I think the additional cost of treatment for pet stains should be an option so you would know how much extra it will be.

The Technician explained very well my old carpets stain situations and the obvious fact several of the deep stains may be only slightly resolved but I do know he tried his best. Let me rest assure you your Technician was very Professional at his job. As a matter of Fact after your Dalworth Representative completed his job and left, I was Compelled to call Dalworth and exspress my Satisfaction with his Demeanor,Professionalism, Knowledge of his job and Service.
