Comment: Was charged additional $50.00 for enzyme treatment which I agreed to because it was necessary. However, during my order was told tech would use enzyme for pet odor removal but was NOT told there would be an extra charge; quite the opposite. Tech was thorough, professional, and hard working.

Comment: You have an excellent team from first call right through final clean-up at my house. The only issue I had wasn't with the team but with the anti-allergen solution treatment. It gave me a headache and irritated my sinuses. I might just be personally sensitive to treatments, but you might want to ask customers if they have chemical sensitivities before they order them. I ended up opening all of the doors in my house to help get some fresh air. One minor thing - the price quoted didn't include tax, which was $40. Might want to mention that local taxes are extra. But again - your team was great and I would recommend your service. I will use you again in future, minus anti-allergen treatment. :)

Comment: The techs cleaned out the air handling system duct works. The did and excellent job in the cleaning and did good in cleaning up chips and other debris on the floor from the duct cleaning. Would highly recommend these two for their work and attention to detail.

Comment: While placing my order, Sherry was very patient, answered all my questions (many), and explained all my different options. I chose to have our carpets cleaned as well as our hardwood floors. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule the hardwood floors. Totally our fault. As we were preparing the rooms with carpets and removing furniture and such, we realized the hardwood floors and carpets basically encompassed our whole house. We are looking forward to having the floors done. Alberto, arrived on time. Very clean-cut and represented your company well. Explained and walked me through the process of cleaning the carpets. Again, he answered all my questions with thorough explanations. He moved through the rooms with precision and paid attention to the smaller details. I had a 6" X 6" stain in the middle of my office carpet. Months ago, I personally addressed it with commercial stain removers as well as every DIY removers I could find information on. Although, lightened, the stain remained. The stain is gone!, eliminating the distraction every time I entered the office. I asked if he would help me move a heavy mattress, and did so, enthusiastically and without hesitation. I mention this for I have owned my own businesses for the last thirty one years. One thing I've learned is that most similar companies basically offer the same product or services. What separates the good companies from the bad is customer service, actually listening to your customers needs, and consistency. It was refreshing to experience this with your company.
