Comment: i had two different jobs, my rental house you were on time. But at my house they arrived at 8:20 and the window for arrival was between 7:30 and 8. Then had to leave to get a cleaner and they did not come back for another hour.

Comment: I'm really not sure about the drying time. This is the second time Costel did the carpet. The first time he was assigned and this time I requested him. He is always on time and does a wonderful job. I will request him again.

Comment: Media room took almost 2 days to dry, required a fan. Not sure why but the prolonged drying time but carpet looks great!

Comment: The guys did a great job on the carpet, and I really appreciation the work they did. This was the best job they have ever done. My carpet looks brand new. I was so please. I had lots of stains all over.

Comment: Technician was nice. I think he has trying personal issues weighing heavily (he did not tell me he just mentioned being at the hospital) & he was still at work had driven 1.5 hours to get to my house early in the morning. He may need a bonus!
