Brian was on time, thoroughly explained what he could do to improve the carpets, what my options were and the cost. He was extremely helpful, easy to work with and I would definitely use him again.

Comment: Our service time was 2.00-4.00pm. They arrived at 4.30pm. I understand how things can get behind but it would have been helpful to get some notification in advance so that we would not have sit around all afternoon. I had to call at 3.50pm before I found out it would be late.

Comment: I have used Daleorth for years and have always been extremely satisfied. This time I was not satisfied. My carpets are only 2 years old and this was the first time I had them cleaned. To me, they did not look like they had been cleaned. Was very disappointed.

Comment: We only had one room cleaned, so the 99 dollars minumum seems a bit high. The man who cleaned the carpet was a nice young man.

Comment: The cleaning of the tile: A white residue was left on grout, intermittently. The tile was not buffed, so it really didn't look as clean as I thought it would. The tile did not have a shine to it to start with, but it just seemed to be more dull than before it was cleaned. I don't know if this normal or not, as this tile has just be installed the last two years. The tech was timely.
