Comment: Roger was really kind and pleasant even when I was late getting home. He gave me helpful tips and suggestions to help care for my new furniture and floors that I would not have thought of. Comment: The only thing I was a little disappointed about is that they didn't clean the baseboards. This was my fault for not mentioning this as I didn't think about it until after the technician left. But the salesman told me that was part of the service and they were not cleaned.

Comment: Steven Turner did an excellent job on our carpet! Would definitely want to use him again! My comment of fair bargain does not relate to job he did but Dalworth pricing structure. Dalworth is a little pricey! But very good experience with Steven and phone reps.

Comment: My tech for this service was Bobby. He was excellent. My happiness with the services was of the utmost importance to him. He went over spots before I had to ask and paid special attention not to damage my walls and moldings after I explained a bad experience with a different company. He was warm, personable, professional and prompt. I will be calling Dalworth next Spring for repeat services and will request Bobby to perform them.
