Comment: Nice guys; talked to me about some stains and additional treatment that I can do to help keep brown spots away on deep seated problem areas. Knowledgeable, Professional and Quick! Went much faster than I thought and the results are great.

Comment: The technicians had to redo the tile. The first time this was done no sealer was used. When they sealed the time it looked worst. They came back the next day because the two guys were going to be finishing the marble and they just re-clean the tile. This tile looks fine now.

Comment: Would just note that i was told not all technicians have a water tank in their van, so if you get a tech that doesnt have it, you will need access to a spigot. also i could of been charged if i did not have a spigot to attach to. Long story short, this needs to be disclosed to sales over the phone and online. All around was a good experience.

Comment: Jose had stretched the carpet in two rooms a few months before this job. We specifically asked for him to do this job because of his work during the previous stretching. Any work we need done in the future will also have us requesting Jose. He is very professional and capable. Our overall contact with Dalworth is very positive and we will use you in the future.

Comment: The technician was only late due to complications of another job. I personally wasn't bothered by this issue, it was not in his control. He was very apologetic to me for the situation. However, in the world we live in, I really think this kind of situation could have really caused your technician to be mistreated by customers. Some people may not take kindly to excessive delays like we experienced in my situation. Like I said, it didn't bother me, Bobby was great, friendly, did a wonderful job, was extremely exhausted when he left my house, I commend him for his efforts to do a great job for me even after such a complicated day. My thoughts are that you need to have some sort of action plan in the event your techs run into this type of situation to protect them from mistreatment by customers if they are going to be excessively late to appointments. Anyway, just a thought!! I know how mean the public can be, these guys work hard and don't deserve to be mistreated! Thank You Dalworth, Alex who took my order and set my appointment and Bobby who did the work, Great Job! I will be using your business again in the future.

Comment: Aaron and Frank were wonderful. Did a great job and were very friendly. SO much better than the tile and grout guy you sent to our house. These guys were very hard workers and did a over the top job. I would recommend them to anyone. They got stains out of the carpet that we did not think could come out. They got dog hair out of every groove and really made our carpets look great. Keep these two around. Wonderful representatives for your company. Sure appreciated that after the crappy tile and grout service we got.

Comment: I would use these guys again in a heartbeat even though a little high for our budget. The guy that did the paper work was very knowledgeable and gave us all details about everything that the company does. We were so impressed we added our kitchen tile to the work they were already doing. It took awhile for the floor to dry due to the 79% humidity yesterday but over all we are very pleased.
