Comment: Our technician, Jaime, was very courteous, professional, efficient and thorough. We were just trying to freshen up an old carpet that we plan to replace soon for an upcoming party. The carpet is fresh and clean and surprisingly, some of the ancient stains even lightened or disappeared. I had never had my tile cleaned professionally before .... he did wonderful job ... it looks great!

Comment: As always, from the scheduling to the completion of the cleaning and sealing of the tile everyone I spoke to or dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The only comment that I might add is that in June when I had the carpet cleaned it did take a looong time to dry and now in the family room the carpet has stretched and will have to be repaired very soon. The cleaning looked good otherwise. Your prices are always higher when I have made comparisons and I would like to see it come down but I will probably continue to use your services because of reputation, good service, and long time in business.

Comment: I thought Bobby and his wife did an amazing job. They were professional throughout the process. They took the time to make sure each room was perfect and that we were happy with the outcome. Bobby also took the time to fix a patch of frayed carpet and you cannot even tell there was a fix; we were thrilled!! And they were so nice!! Hopefully we get them every time. I do think getting carpets cleaned is a very expensive proposition. I don't know how you stack up against your competitors price-wise but I went with you because of your great reputation and I was not disappointed. It was well worth it!!
