Comment: I'm in the process of selling my home after residing there for the last 14 years and I've never had the carpet replaced. Being a single male I've never had to because Kermit Zachary has once again did an extradionary job of cleaning my carpet for the new owners along with Chris his service tech. I always personally request his services as he always does a phonenmal job and I never had to second guess his work or ask him to re-clean any area of the carpet. Even as I relocate to my new home I will always use Dalworth for all my cleaning needs and will request that Kermit continue to clean my carpet as usual. I truly believe he's an asset to your organization.

Comment: My technician, Steve, did the most thorough job of anyone technicians ever sent to my home. My carpets looked and smelled great when he finished. I had a lot of pet stains, which he worked hard to eradicate. He was very helpful in replacing my furniture and knick knacks at the end. No one else has ever been that helpful. There is a small place by my front door where he exited that looks as if the hose might have leaked dirty water. I may be in contact with you about addressing that. Thanks.
