Comment: Richard was great on the other end of the initial and follow up calls. Thanks for his knowledge and courtesy. And to the Tech in the Field, sorry do not recall his name, great and courteous service. Only recommendation, do no push homeowners photos and brick a brack around on their desk to accommodate your bill preparation. This guy exuded patience. I travel on business and both of my cards had not been released by either hotels and / or auto rentals. It took multiple attempts and finally a transfer to make payment allowing him to get on his way. My apologies again, as my accounts had credit remaining, but travel had both accounts locked down.

Comment: Pat and Raul are the best. They come in, take care of paperwork, set up, clean and make sure it's what I wanted. Only afterthey are sure they have met or exceeded my expectation do they leave. Very friendly very professional

Comment: Marcio, our technician, provided excellent service. I'll ask for him again Re # 8 -- when I talked with the phone rep. I asked it there were any "specials" available. None were mentioned, but this week there was a special if there were to be 4 areas cleaned. Perhaps, if the special was available last week, I would have added an additional room to take advantage of it.

Comment: I don't know where you find members of your crew but don't change. The techs were outstanding and extremely competent and hard working. Your dispatcher, Laura was extremely good at her job and kept in contact with us from start to finish. Her and the two techs deserve an extra cookie for break time. Keep up the good work.

Comment: Mike and Chris were excellent techs - very informative and helpful. Plesant to have in our home, and did the best cleaning we have ever had from Dalworth. They seemed to take pride in their work and we appreciated that. I would definitely ask for them the next time we call.
