Comment: Tech was great and explained what I could expect. I do feel that after the mattress dried it could use another cleaning. I know not all things come out, but I think because the mattress had been stored for a while it may have had more dirt than usually. Will purchase a mattress to feel comfortable about sleeping on it.

Comment: the technician that came was awesome, polite and very efficient, he did a much better job himself than the two man crew that came to me the first time in august of last year. Very pleased this go around.
