Comment: The cleaning tech was especially friendly, polite, well spoken, and respectful. He needs a raise! He is a wonderful sale person as well! I will recommend this particular tech to everyone I know! Thank you for cleaning my carpet so well. Also I will book my next appointment for my couch and loveseat with this particular gentleman! Lastly, i intend to have a long relationship with Dalworth.

Comment: Miguel did a super fantastic job! I've used Dalworth to clean my carpets several times, but they have never looked this good following a cleaning. I also had a chair cleaned and it looks brand new. Miguel took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing to do and then after he finished he made sure I was completely satisfied.

Very well. Very pleased with the technician and the result. I've used Dalworth in the past and appreciate the quality of its service and the technician's skill. I recommend Dalworth for upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning and duct cleaning (both of which I've had done in the past). Description of Work: Sofa upholstery cleaned.

Comment: As your records will reflect the first "technician" was pathetic. He refused to part right outside our garage, alleging he would receive a ticket. I assured he would not. Regardless, he then left the premises. The second and real "technician" was outstanding. In fact, the next time we use your services, I want to same person to service our home.

Comment: I recommend advising online that the customer needs to provide access to a water faucet and possibly a hose if it's located in back yard. We had a hick up but we worked it out.

Comment: Our representative Marcu, was very professional and did a great job! However, the spot on the master bedroom carpet would not come out and it dis-colored the carpet, now leaving a whiteout affect on the carpet. Not good. I had paid the extra money In The fall where Dalworth would come back and get any spot out that I could not get out, but it did not work. Now I am not sure who will be responsible for restoring the carpet to look like was before. I have a call into Stain Master and will let you know what they determine. Thank you.

Comment: I was disappointed because I was told that I would get a snake scope of the inside of my ducts. The technicians informed me they didn't have that equipment and that person on the phone had misinformed me. I was disappointed because this is one of the main things I wanted done.

Comment: I like the Dalworth service but 7 to 8 e-mails and phone calls to make sure I am ready for the appointment that I scheduled is excessive and intrusive. I'm sure you have employed this process out of necessity or experience but I think you are over killing the solution to whatever problem you are addressing.

Comment: Not sure drying time as we left the house. Technician was informative and definitely attempted to sell additional services. Carpets look good in all but one area which possibly could be better.
