Comment: The service Technician Pat showed up and wasted no time getting to work. My wood floor was in terrible shape. Pat showed up for a general cleaning, after he looked at the floor we decided it needed a complete restoration. After I agreed on the new price, Pat went to work on the floor. He worked tirelessly to get the engeneered wood floor fixed. Pat went above and beyond his normal duties to make my floor right. To be truthful, Pat saved me a lot of money by saving my floor. I thought I was going to have to put in a new floor, but Pat fixed the floor like brand new! Pat was a miracle worker. Thank you Dalworth for hiring a technician like Pat. Robert ..in Little Elm,TX.
