Comment: Technician did an awesome job , he followed the service ticket however the ticket was screwed up when it was printed and he charged me for an extra bedroom and did not clean the stairs. I called Nulaura and she made this right. She was helpful, professional and called me back numerous times to get it corrected. They are coming back out to clean the stairs and they promised to refund me the extra charge. Nulaura is a GEM and Dalworth should be proud to have her on their customer service staff.

Comment: We upgraded our service level to include moving lightweight furniture, but had multiple items that were not moved (hampers, small boxes etc). Overall the technician was friendly and efficient.

Comment: The first time the technician came, they were unable to do the service because they didn't have a portable carpet cleaning machine with them. You'd think they would have noticed our unit was on the 8th floor and been prepared for this. We had to reschedule which was very inconvenient to us.

Comment: Anthony was very attentive to my special requests, and meticulous in his work. I look forward to his services again. Your on-line order service would rate an "excellent" if you would allow returning customers to re-load their previous order. It is a pain remembering the sq ft of each room each time I order cleaning service. A log-in and password system would solve that. I can do that with my pizza order, and I keep coming back to the same vendor because of that ease. You guys would probably increase your repeat business with a web site with a "recall my last order" capability.

Comment: I have used Dalworth many times over the years. I thought I would try another company and even made an appointment with them. The more I thought about it and asked around, I realized that Dalworth had the quality that I was looking for and changed my mind. I'm so glad I did. Our carpets were very dirty in the traffic areas but the technician was able to get them clean. Thank you!

Comment: Very pleased with the service. The only problem I had is taking the furniture off the protective Styrofoam or plastic since I am handicapped and usually have no one available to help me. For the most part, however, I have managed. I would like to know if you can recommend a cleaning product to use on small areas in between cleanings. Thanks Again Don Samsel

Comment: Brian Marshall was recommended to me by a relative who used your company and I was very pleased with his work. He was friendly and efficient and explained everything he was doing. I think one of the reasons it took a bit longer for a couple spots to dry was that he really did a great job on getting out dirt caused by cat liter - the gray color is gone!

They were very professional and friendly, explained the services thoroughly, made suggestions that I appreciated, and did the job with efficiency and skill.
