Comment: My only disappointment was the higher service level I purchased which included moving the furniture in several rooms. I expected there to be a two person crew, but there was not. Therefore some of my furniture was not moved and all the carpet was not cleaned. This is no fault of our one person that came. he did his best. However, I felt cheated that I paid for something that I didn't get.

Comment: Our technician, Brian, went above and beyond in his service to us. After several months of remodeling and repair work in our home and dealing with many contractors and service people, we can honestly state that Brian was one of the best persons we dealt with regarding work ethic, skill, knowledge and professionalism. The next times we use Dalworth for any cleaning services, we will insist in Brian being our service technician!

Comment: I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOUR TV COMMERCIALS SHOW A TECH SHOWING UP AT CLIENT'S HOMES IN A DALWORT TRUCK BUT MY TECH SHOWED UP IN AN UNMARKED VAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU USE CONTRACTORS BUT I REALLY FEEL LIKE IT IS MISLEADING. I WORK IN MARKETING AND I FEEL THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING

Comment: Most of my WHITE carpets look fine, but in my main living area - the living room I have a GREY 3' x 5' area that I did not have before the service. That makes it hard to be really happy.
