Comment: I think the drying time was due to the weather outside. I love my carpets! Dalworth has always been my number one go to and I have never been disappointed. Thank you for your service.

From start to finish, very professional. Cosandara Odame showed terrific follow thru pre and post bid visit. Appointment confirmation was in person, not recorded voice mail. Chris Wallace gave us a fair bid to polish, hone and seal marble counter tops. Service guys, Frank and Ryan, were in and out in about 3 hrs. Very pleased!

Comment: I went the cheaper route because I was doing it for a friend, but when he got there I went ahead and paid him to move the furniture and clean the baseboards but he did not move the furniture or clean the baseboards. He did a poor job.

Comment: We were happy with the overall result, however, there was a bad odor left at one of the stains that was not there previously. It has gradually gotten better, but it has taken awhile.

Comment: I placed my order online and picked a date and time, but was called back and told that the service could not be done at the time I had selected. The online system also did not let me know that there was a $20 portable fee. I understand why that is necessary but I would have liked to have been aware of that when I first placed the order. AP

Comment: Third time using Dalworth and requested the same technician from my last service. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for increasing longevity of flooring and carpet between service. Team was in/out in no time and made carpets look like new.

Comment: The cleaning for the carpet was good. I had him also clean my chair. It just seemed to bring out the stain more. He's coming back tomorrow so I'll see if he can clean it again. Office was willing to send someone back out. thanks
