Comment: THE TECH RECOMMENDED THAT I ADD AN ACID WASH TO MY KITCHEN GROUT. HE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE TERRIBLE SMELL, IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO GET THE SMELL OUT.

Comment: Because of the weather, the first technician sent was unable to clean my sofa due to frozen equipment. A second technician - Randy Phillips - came within an hour or so. My sofa in good condition but suffered from pet issues. Randy worked super hard to get it back to serviceable status. He also educated me on how to handle pet hair and future accidents. He is a hard worker and very pleasant. I cant say enough good things about him. As always, Dalworth delivered and continues to be my go-to company.

Comment: Jose had a great attitude and he would be welcome back in my home. I had two floor lamps that were left on foam blocks and were unstable. When we opened the door one of them fell and broke the globe. The floor lamp could not be moved because of the way it was plugged in, so I don't know what Jose could have done differently - I mention it though so that technicians can be aware to warn owners of potentially unstable furniture. This is not a complaint - Jose did a great job!

Comment: The master bedroom downstairs dried quickly. A couple of bedrooms upstairs took longer for some reason. It didn't matter though. No one was sleeping in them. Also, we only put protector in the game room, not everywhere. Our rep was very nice. Did a good job. Arrived on time. Took just 2 hours to complete. I was very happy with his services.

Comment: I so very much appreciated the quick work, getting an emergency call scheduled, for my food spill (chili) on the carpet in the TV room. The cleaner (James) was at my house within 2 hours of the incident. Even though James expressed concern that the process might not work (50-50), the results were perfect. I tribute the quick response, Dalworth process, and Stainmaster carpet for an overall great experience!

Comment: Thank you!!! I appreciate them doing what they could on price but still a lot of money for me personally not necessarily saying for all the services I got. I would like to do every 6 or 9 month or at least yearly but it's a lot on my budget. because it was a good experience though I will definitely be recommending your company and will call you back next time. The two people that came out were excellent and the carpets look great. I also learned you all offer other services that may be useful too! Have a very blessed week!!!
