Comment: Only a couple of things. Package was supposed to include visual before and after scope but that was not done. No big deal though. And a 20 deposit was made but was not deducted from the final price.

Comment: Wood floors look like new and we are very pleased. The technician Andrew also recommend a product to clean rather than my buying grocery stotre fixes which iswhy the moo and glo had to be cleaned off. Flooras were dull and marked with mop and glo and now they are sparkling just like when we moved in 11 years ago.

Comment: I paid the 119 minimum even though I have one room of carpet. I had moved all the furniture except a chair and a playhouse. He also cleaned an area rug for 48. I don't understand why I had to pay the minimum as well as the 49

Comment: After the sealant dried, there were still spots that needed to be redone on the marble. I called Jason and he immediately scheduled to send someone back out and work on the spots that did not go away.
