Comment: Was impressed that a live person answered the phone. She was very polite, sympathetic, and anxious to help. The call window was 8-9 a.m.and at about 7:30 that morning I got a call saying technician would arrive at 8:30 and he was ringing the doorbell at exactly 8:30! Comment: The man in charge did not do the tile it was his assistant. My grout lines are still dark. He insisted on putting the sealer on. I waited a couple of days and it's still dark. The technician did not do a pre-inspection to make sure I was was happy before he left.. I was not happy with his work on the tile.

Comment: Technicians was polite and professional asked to redo some area and they did it only question the type of solution they use to clean the rug.They said they use two types of solutions,still have a little smell over all they tried there best.

Comment: James was great. I ended up tipping him a little bit (I thought I had more...sorry James, you were awesome!) but I didn't know the tipping protocol. That might be something worth putting on an order. Just a thought.

Comment: When the tech came out he had a lot of questions about the carpet like how long since its been since I had them cleaned, which areas did I have protected last time etc. I just feel this is something that he should already know prior to coming out to the home. js 12/20
