Comment: Carpets look great. The tile is definitely clean. With that said, the grout is spotty...I feel like some of the grout cleaned up better than other parts, so it looks weird now.

Comment: Did a nice job on the tile, but carpet in each room has stains that weren't removed. Couldn't really inspect while technician was here since carpet was still drying.

Comment: My technician was delightful and personable. When finished, he made sure I was satisfied and put s brighten on a couple of spots. I was disappointed that the stains from the furniture legs could not be removed, but I wasn't surprised. It's been extremely humid so it has taken much Longer to dry than I expected, especially in the hall and bath where there was no fan.
