Comment: The man came between 9 and 11, a little after 9:30. He had a problem with the equipment and told me what he was going to do. It worked so he was able to go ahead and clean my carpet. Course due to the problem it took longer. But he got it done.

Comment: $300 additional was the quote for pet stain removal.....which would have been in addition to the (3) rooms I had cleaned for $333. And that ladies and gentlemen.....is ridiculous. We did the additional $50 pre-stain protector with a guarantee.
