Comment: Rep. felt it would ruin fabric, but I had faith. I had spot cleaned spills a number of times and it always dried okay. (Altho he said he could see light water spots.) I( couldnt but he is the professional. He worked hard and carefully and did an very nice job. Thank you and him ! I will be getting back with you for carpet cleaning at my daughters home. karolyn

Comment: we had a rather large rug that had been urinated on my our dog several times. The smell did not come out but the rug was clean. I had to treat with strong carpet powders to remove the smell after it was cleaned. The last time we had you all out to clean our carpeting you could smell the pleasant smell throughout the house. I know this rug was difficult but wanted you to know.

Comment: I called in on Thursday and was able to receive same day service. This was awesome, and I love that they allow a 30 mins. call before arriving just is case I was stuck in traffic.

Comment: Andrew was very kind and courteous. He has been our technician before and we hope to have him again. They had a 2-4 window and got here just about 345. Apparently another cleaning session was added to their schedule for 1-3. It put them a little behind, but the area we needed cleaned was so small it didn't take long.

Went over the pricing so that I wouldn't have any questions when he was finished. He offered to give me a quote on other services I might need. It was nice to have someone so respectful. Comment: I rate the technician unacceptable because the blood is still on the carpet. The blood was not there when he left but it came back after it dried.
