Comment: The Service Tech, Steven Turner, could not have been nicer or more professional. He was extremely helpful and really seemed to want a happy customer and I am!!! He went the extra mile in getting up a pineapple juice stain on light silver carpet. The previous Dalworth tech offered nothing extra, was not at all friendly and just didn't care. I had even checked with other companies before coming back to Dalworth. I would like to ask for Steven Turner for all future Dalworth services. He was terrific!!!

Comment: Thought that when I ordered the service I was getting the pet odor removal included. I did appreciate Stevens effort to take care of my carpet. I still have fans on the carpet because I want to make sure it is thoroughly dried.

Comment: We had a stinky car situation when food was left in a vehicle and the owner was in the hospital. The friendly phone staff were great and got us in when someone cancelled ... Jaime was there on time - so honest about what could and could not happen reasonably with a 16 yr old vehicle ... Service and smell was great and I will soooo recommend Dalworth !!

Comment: Himey - was my technician and Dalworth should feel fortunate to have him as an ambassador of your company. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable in my new home that the carpet would be as good clean as possible. I will contact you next year to have the carpets cleaned again and that is primarily due to the service and knowledge Himey provided along with the follow up from your office. Comment: Mike and Chris were excellent. VERY professional and knowledgeable. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my dog's stains were cleaned and the odor removed as best as humanly possible. I will call Dalworth again but will make sure to request Mike and Chris specifically. They were great! I couldn't have been happier with their work.

Comment: Vinny, the tech, was very nice, worked hard and stayed busy. The carpet repairs are all right. I was somewhat disappointed in the final result of the cleaning - spots remain. He said it was because of the older carpet. I guess the carpet was not that dirty to start with except for the older carpet in the den. I really can't tell much difference in the cleaned final product. That doesn't mean I won't use Dalworth again. I was impressed with the professionalism of your tech and the phone representative. I apologize for not responding to the survey sooner. Thanks for your service.

Comment: Technicians were friendly and professional. I know most companies outsource to sub contractors and the last two companies that came out to clean our wood floors were sent away due to not knowing what they were talking about or understanding what needed to be done. These guys were great, the only thing I wish they had done, was being a little more careful applying the grout sealer, it is on the tiles as well and has been very hard to clean up. The spots make the floor look dirty..
