Comment: I am pleased that my tile floors are clean even though they did not look as good as I expected. However, the tech showed me the problems with the grout and told me they would not come completely clean in damaged areas. The floors were in this condition when I purchased this house and apparently the grout was never sealed or damaged from harsh detergents. At least the dirt I deal with now is my dirt and not that of previous owner. The tile is clean and the grout looks better in most areas.

Comment: I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the 2 guys that came out (Dominique and Bobby). They were courteous and more than willing to answer all of my questions. The only regret is that I did not ask them to show me that after "cleaning" a duct no more dirt and debris was present. They should have run the "cleaning apparatus" through on a couple of "cleaned" vents and shown me the video so I would know it was clean (evidenced by no more dust and debris flying around in the duct). My condo was built in 1982 and they said from the look of the dirt buildup the ducts have never been cleaned. Now I'm unsure if the process was actually thorough. -Greg Davis

Comment: Howard Dressen is a very polite gentleman & technician. Showed up on time after calling ahead. Answered a few questions re maintenance of the couch. Worked in a very timely manner. Glad to have him again on our next job.

Comment: I am a bit concerned that my tile in my kitchen is not what I expected. The grout is great, looks good. But the tile itself is not any cleaner except on either side of the grout lines and occasionally streaks where it looks like the chemical sat on the tile. Maybe I did not make my intentions clear because we mainly talked about the grout. However the tile is a major concern too. I have not called on this because my husband thinks I am being too picky. However there are definitely strips of clean in the tile so obviously it's possible to get it clean. The carpet looks great and the technician was very nice and worked very hard. I believe I just didn't make my expectations clear

Comment: Due to the previous customer requiring extra service, our technician did not arrive within the window. As we had requested carpet stretching as part of our service, it took the technician much longer than we were expecting. Therefore, he was not finished with the job until late in the evening (nearly 10:00 p.m.). It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the scheduler had realized that the previous customer's needs would take nearly the entire day. Therefore, we could have been scheduled for another day. Although the technician was willing to work late into the evening, it was not what we had planned. As far as the technician, Steven did an excellent job and was very pleasant and apologetic for the lateness of the hour.

Comment: Representative on phone was very pleasant and put a lot of effort into getting a schedule I requested. Great personal service! I was also very impressed with professionalism of Technician. He went above and beyond to make sure job was to my liking and brought my attention to any imperfections in carpet and options on how to treat them.
