Comment: There were a lot of add in charges, which surprised us and changed our bill a lot. He cxplained then the just added up fast. The carpet stretching was not done. We did ask for it but he was by himself and could not move the furniture to do this. Can this be scheduled for us?

Comment: Service technician was dispatched from Ft Worth for a 8-8:30 window during rush hour. He was here by 8:45 and very apologetic for being late. That was a long way to send him for his first appointment. He was very efficient and his delay was not a problem. Just wanted Mgmt. to know dispatching from Ft Worth at rush hour is not ideal. Chris was terrific!

Comment: I originally tried to place my order online, but the website would not accept the coupon offer code CTOWN. Therefore I would rate your website as poor. The technician who came to my home did a great job & answered all of my questions. When I book another cleaning, I will specifically ask for him.

Comment: Great service and on time. I was told the day before that the tech would be here between 8-8:30. Received a call that morning that it would be closer to 8:30. I appreciated the update call. The tech (think his name was Shane) was very friendly. He took the time to talk to my grandson and was very professional

Comment: Richard has been my technician since I moved here. He does an amazing job. This time my floors were in extremely bad shape. I have been having health issues. And our dog, Marley, at 17 years old was unable to make the door to go outside. Even though we tried to clean up after him the spots just came back. Thank you, Richard, for sticking with us through this stressful situation and doing such a wonderful job????????????
