Comment: Service technician, Jaime, did a great job on our old carpets. Five stars. Also, the scheduling lady helped us very much by sending Jaime before the Thanksgiving weekend. I am very happy.

Comment: The receptionist and the technician had different opinions concerning how the tile floors and grout were to be cleaned. After the floor dried I could see footprints in the traffic area, especially the dining area. The technician was courteous and polite. however.
