Comment: brian and his team were absolutely wonderful. They truly went above and beyond. The hvac crew was also excellent. We could not have felt more cared for or important. All questions answered with kindness and knowledge and each process expertly explained the only complaint is with the maid service. It was not as detailed of a clean as I had hoped, even after asking about specific areas/items to be cleaned. Regardless we were so impressed with everything else we call again for future needs! Thank you for all you do!

Comment: I was very disappointed that they were not able to "lift" the dirt any better, However, it has been 3 years since it's last cleaning. The carpet is 10 years old. I had hoped for a better appearance in the extra dirty pathways. Walworth is the only company we have used on this carpet. Any suggestions to get it cleaner? Technicians were very nice and efficient. No pets. No other treatment applied.

Comment: We did not have pet odor treatment but we have pet allergy treatment. That's probably why it took longer to dry.

Comment: I was very happy with the services. I was happy with how clean everything looked and I was happy at how hard the technician worked on the job,

I have used them in the past for carpet cleaning and have always been pleased. I will continue using them. The only hiccup was that the machine on the truck was putting out terrible smell and it set of my carbon monoxide detectors. Description of Work: They cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen, 2 baths, and a powder room.

Comment: Cullen and Mark were very professional and Cullen was extremely knowledgeable about carpet, how to handle stains from our pet. Both young men were very polite and hard working. Will keep using Dalworth in future. Have used other carpet cleaning services in past, but never pleased with results!

Comment: Chris did an excellent job; however, I think we may have needed more heavy duty service on the couch. The cleaning seemed to have pulled the urine smell out even more. May need to have him come back and give us his opinion on what we should do and estimate of the cost.

Comment: Tech did not use a drying fan on my mattress. It took 2 days for it to fully dry. It is dry now but I was told that they would use a fan, I just hope in the future the tech does this.
