Comment: Cullin Risto is a true and dedicated professional! He is extremely knowledgeable about carpets and cleaning and is willing to share that knowledge. This is the best job we have ever had from your company and when we re-schedule, we want him to come back because he knows our carpet issues and how to deal with them. He took his time and did an excellent and thorough job. This is the fastest our carpets have dried and I feel it is because he made several passes over the carpet to make sure all the water was up. Also, Sherry was very helpful in helping us schedule the time for the appointment because we are in law enforcement and our schedule is pretty regid. Great job and we will be calling again to re-schedule with Cullin. Thank you.

Comment: We requested guaranteed pet odor removal but the first technician who came did not have the correct equipment on his truck. Dispatch was able to send someone out with the proper equipment within a couple of hours, and still within the scheduled time window, which is appreciated. However, this is the second time we've requested the guaranteed removal only to have the technician arrive without the correct equipment. The customer service rep called and assured me it would not happen again. Customer Service is always professional and friendly.
