Comment: Techs did a good job and I was pleased with them. I am not particularly happy with the model of not knowing what the "extra" charges will be until they arrive and think for larger jobs and especially wood restoration that I would have preferred someone come out and quote or at least have web site give some idea of the cost.

Comment: The technician did not vacuum before cleaning. I believe technicians have previously done that for the premium service. Also, he did not move chairs or small end tables, or leave papers to put under the legs of chairs and tables. Otherwise, the carpet is clean and looks good. Joyce Boyer

Comment: Craig was very informative and honest about evaluating the condition of our carpets. It had been probably three years since last cleaning. He spot treated the whole carpets, especially the high traffic stained areas. He even cleaned this one area three different times. He told me so long as the carpet keeps responding to his cleaning in that area he will clean it until no response is noticed. When it comes to cleaning carpets, Craig know his business. I would highly recommend that you do whatever it takes to keep this technician. Next time we have carpets clean, and, or we recommend Dalworth, Craig will be the technician we request to clean for us again, or our friends.

Comment: My technician was customer service oriented. He answered all my questions about my tile and wood floors for future service. He did an excellent job in cleaning my carpeted areas! All the spots were gone and my carpet looked new again!

Comment: I was very please with all the services. I spoke to Sherry the first time I called for prices and information. Told her I had to save up. When I called back and asked for her she had saved all my info and we worked out something that I could afford and be satisfied with. The tech was also very nice, helpful and efficient. We talked about possibly doing my tile floor when I can afford it. I am very pleased with everything. Thank you Rosemarie Wehrly

Comment: From the time the appointment was made to completion time was optimal. Drying time was about 2 hours. Disruption to the household was negligible. Carpets look new. The service technician was polite, quietly went right to work and did and excellent job.
