Comment: They asked if the tech could come early but he didn't show up until 5 minutes after his original arrival time. It is no big deal, probably the rain but it was the only issue. The tech did an excellent job

Comment: Sherry was so very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me figure out what I could afford. I called her several times with more questions and she was so sweet to help me find the most affordable price. Costel was so nice and did a great job cleaning the carpets and bathroom floors. He is from Romania and we have a friend named Marion who lives in Romania. Chris was nice and wanted to help me but he said they can't strip my Mexican tile because it has a finish on it that would ruin the mud tiles if they tried to strip it. He was going to try and find someone who might could help me but he never called me back so I guess he couldn't find anyone. Chris gave me a quote to stretch 2 rooms of carpet but I called Nadine Carpet in Plano and their quote was more than half of Chris' quote.
