Comment: Vinny did a good job on the carpet ans it looks good. The cleaning ofcthe title posed a challange because the first cleaning did not really get the grout clean. After Vinnt and I discussed it he was willing to do what ever it took to make me happy. He suggested cleaning it again and it worked. I am happy with his service. Dr. Maceo

Comment: Marcio Liborio is knowledgable and exactly the kind of expert we needed. Really appreciated that he was able to show the issues with a black light, explain the carpet and pad solutions clearly, and determine the pricing right then and there. Even though we ended up getting an additional service (sanitizing) there was never a feeling that it was a bait and switch gambit but an honest assessment and quality advice. Thanks Marcio!

Comment: I have requested Glenn several times and have always been pleased with his thoroughness in doing a good job. He does not rush through the job and as a result our carpets tend to smell cleaner when we have Glenn. I can tell Glenn has a strong work ethic and wants to do the job right. As far as price is concerned, we usually book when you have the $33 a room special. If the pet odor service price was more reasonable, we would use that more frequently.
