Comment: I have been using Dalworth cleaning services for some time now. The quality of your services have always been good. This fall is the first time that the services I had scheduled were both cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled at the company's request. This is not a trend that I would like to see continue. Once I make room in my schedule for your technicians to come to my home, I want to be assured that they will arrive as promised. I would like to continue using Dalworth services. However, if this is a problem that cannot be remedied, I will have to find another company on whom I can rely.

Comment: They did a great job. Cost a bit more than I expected, but overall I'm happy and would recommend. They were just 10 mins late. Not a big deal. Nice guys. I'm happy. No need to try to up sell me the day of at $40 per room!...but generally, I'm happy. A few stains left, but many were cleaned really well. Thanks!

Comment: I had given the square footage and dimensions of my kitchen area to the phone representative when I made my appointment. And I was quoted a price for my kitchen. When the representative arrived he said it was actually two areas, because I had an eat-in area in with in my kitchen there for my price doubled. It was a surprise.

Comment: Everything was great. I did not feel pressured when I called to make my appointment. The Technician was great. I am calling in the next couple of weeks to schedule another cleaning for a different area.

Comment: Appearance of service technicians question is not ok to ask. Understand you are probably (hopefully) looking to confirm they were clean and professional (ours was clean and professional), but the question as written opens the door to the possibility of incorrect interpretations. Change your survey question. EDIT-Now your survey will not let me submit without answering that question!!! Doubly problematic! I am marking unacceptable-FOR THE QUESTION
