Comment: I have utilized Dalworth for several years and have been pleased. However, question if this tech was new. When pointing out areas missed he said it was just rust. He was told no as it came off with a rub or fingers he quickly cleaned with a spray and cloth. Some baseboard and wall line areas missed and I don’t think he utilized any deodorizer as it smelled like wet carpet when I arrived home. Did not have the freshly deodorized carpet smell as in the past.

Comment: Everything was great once the reservation was made properly. The first time apparently got mixed up in your system with someone else’s so you were a no show on expected day

Comment: My technician was absolutely wonderful. He was so thorough and did such a good job. He was so nice and courteous and I will request him every time. I am going to have him come again and completely get the premium service next time. He had some very good recommendations. I would appreciate if you would tell his supervisor that I was very impressed with him and his excellent work. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Comment: Everything was great. Only complaint is that my husband had some under mounted light strip under entertainment center in media room that became damaged after our carpet cleaning. He had just installed it last weekend and when after the carpets were cleaned, they must have gotten hit by the technician equipment and are no longer working. I will definitely contact customer service sometime this morning about it. But otherwise, the carpets looked great.

I wanted to let you know that Blake and Josue did a wonderful job of removing and installing my area rug. I have a 400lb Remington replica on the table which Blake lifted with ease. He is a "He Man" and truly amazing.
