Comment: Technician did a great job of communicating what he was doing and why. He was very thorough and did an excellent job even on the more warn areas (hall and stairs). I was amazed at what he was able to do with those areas. The carpet looked so much better afterwards. Great job!

Comment: Tech Jaime Gonzalez, is great. friendly, efficient, definitely a "keeper." Online offer I received included low price per room plus "free hall or bathroom" but when I placed order online the free hall/bathroom didn't show up on the final summary. (Yes, I did get it, but had to ask when I received phone reminder)

I've been using them for about 30. They're just a plain 'bread and butter get it done for a decent price' kind of company. They asked me if I wanted regular cleaning at regular price but they will most likely come back or the guarantee service where they don't come back for the same job but it's pricier. I went with the guaranteed service and they did it and disappeared. Description of Work: I used Dalworth Carpet Cleaning a month or 2 ago in one of my rentals where the tenant had the dog sleeping in the walk-in closet that had carpet.

Comment: Rooms where we used our fans dried in 8-10 hours. Our dining room with no fans was closer to 18 hours. The technician did a good job. We would use Dalworth's again.
