Comment: I also scheduled a duct cleaning when asked by phone representative. When I suggested we change the duct cleaning first she said she couldn't change the schedule. So it made it difficult for the duct cleaning guys to be so careful doing their job. My other comment is that Aaron did a great job and was so politely and considerate asking exactly what I wanted so he could do his job to my specifications.

Comment: Brian Marshall & Jason did an excellent job & we will request that he does future work for us. We had 2 area rugs cleaned. The family room rug dried quite fast; the other is a braided rug & we had both sides cleaned so obviously that took longer to dry. Comment: Carpets still had an odor even though the special pet treatment was on them. I do not feel they were cleaned as well as they could have been.

Comment: I have not used Dalworth in the past few years and had switched to a different provider. I came back because I couldn't get the other provider at the time I needed. I am so very thankful that this occurred - Bobby came in and did a FAR better service for us than we have experienced in a long time. He took care of our home as if it were his and that is very important to us. Our carpets now look great and I owe it to Bobby - Thank You.
