Comment: I really lucked out with Ricky. He was most pleasant, professional and exceptionally patient when I asked him to please park on the street since I just spent good money on de-greasing/power washing the street and my driveway that the city contractors and roofing company blackened with their tire marks. Ricky could have given me an attitude, but instead he was so nice about it and said it's perfectly fine parking his van in the street. He was careful not to scuff the white base-boards while working the winding staircase, he was most excellent and efficient and left my white carpet looking spectacular before the warranty inspector comes for an assessment before warranty expires. Please thank Ricky for me and I will be asking for him in the future when I unpack from recently moving in and wish to do the whole house, Jana Dykes.

Comment: My friend and I had our carpets cleaned the same day. Chris Kneedler, at 7630 Riverwood Lane, Frisco was double-charged. The tech said his swipper wasn't working right. Chris won't fill out this survery, but he was pleased with the carpet cleaning. The over-charges were corrected. When I paid the tech, he wrote down my credit card number..
