Comment: The guy who was here was absolutely awesome. My husband is in a wheelchair and when he dropped something, my guy would pick it up for him. He built an awesome rapport and that's important when you have someone in your home.

Comment: Bobby did an excellent job in trying to remove a strawberry stain. Next time, I won't hesitate to call Dalworth when something spills on my rug or carpet because of Bobby's knowledge and experience.

Comment: it was 80 % humidity when the carpets were cleaned that is why it took a while to dry. It was no problem.

Comment: The service technician who came to our house was a pleasure. He was informative on what he had planned to do to tackle the carpet cleaning and also left me with some estimates for future cleanings on wood floors and tile/groute. I had a chatty 4 year old and he couldn't have been any nicer to her.

Comment: Technician was very professional and polite. Completed both rooms in a couple of hours and provided us some insight about the carpets (we moved in and knew these were old, but little else.) I can't call the prices a 'great bargain,' but I like the comfort level of using a well-known reputable company. I have used Groupon help for other home services and learned the hard way. So, while it may not be a great bargain in that I could have gotten similar service for less, I wouldn't have had the assurance of quality, professionalism, etc., that I had using Dalworth. Might want to consider losing the online ad with that Dallas "Housewife." That was almost enough for me to go elsewhere; she so poorly represented the Dallas community on the Bravo series.

Comment: My service rep was Ed and he was not only extremely friendly but very knowledgeable. My carpets were never professionally cleaned and there was a stain I was not able to identify. Ed immediately asked if we had a pet and identified it was my cats hairball expulsion. That triggered my memory and yes indeed he had identified it's origin and knew exactly how to treat. When he left everything looked clean and you never would have known he was here except for clean carpets. The man deserves a raise or at least a big pat on the back. He is a valuable asset to your company
