Comment: Initially the wrong type of unit was sent to my location- a non-truck unit. This could not do the job because there was no hot water available. However, dispatch immediately scheduled the right service for the same appointment period time and the technician arrived during the stated time period. This technician, Jamie, is very thorough and efficient. I highly commend him for his demeanor and work. As to solving the problem about what type of unit to dispatch, online order site needs to have questions about this.

Comment: I had some difficulty with the phone rep when determining the cost of the service. After going over things we got it straightened out. By questioning the calculations there was over $80 difference in the estimate and what I paid for the service,

Comment: #2 ... Lack of "on time" was early NOT late. They did ask me if I'd prefer they waited or go ahead and come. I had them come, but it did take me by surprise. It might be best to let customers know that sometimes you run early, too! #5 ... at time to leave, they told me that there was a red stain that didn't come out of the closet floor and that that was normal. When I asked if it was at least less red than before, they were clearly surprised or shocked that I expected them to wash it as well as possible, even if it didn't come out all the way. I do hope your training does tell workers to treat all stains at the level of the cleaning ... if it won't come out completely, that shouldn't mean that your workers should skip it completely. #8 no clue! I called your company because I know the owner and have had it done by your company previously. Thanks SO much for my clean carpeting. May the Lord bless each of you at the company, including your families, too! If I seem negative, I don't feel that way! I've owned my own business in the past, so I realize that giving any info that you all may not even have thought about is sometimes helpful, so I'm trying to come up with any possible thing you'd want to know. Comment: During and after cleaning my carpeting I wish the tech would have worn some type of shoe protectors. After all he is cleaning the carpet. While cleaning and after he was through, the tech had to go in and out of the house to haul his equipment back out to the front of my apartment door. He wore his shoes and walked on the wet carpet, I'm cringing because I know shoes worn outside of the home ALWAY leave dirt or smears, from the soles of the shoes, on carpeting, especially when its wet!! I myself had my slippers on or went barefoot in order to not 'dirty' the wet carpet in any way. The carpet is much cleaner than before and smells good, he did a good a job as possible with 9 year old carpet.
