Comment: The couple that came to my house worked very efficiently and were very nice. I have only 1 complaint and found that some of the paint was rubbed off the side of my bathroom cabinet when they went to clean carpet in the closet. The hose must of rubbed on the wood. I would recommend your technicians taking more care of running the hoses in and out of the house. They pulled the hoses from the house outside and it rubbed against wall corners and door casings.

Comment: The technician was outstanding and did an exceptional job - very, very on to all the cleaning he did. He spent a lot of time cleaning the sofas and am really pleased to have my carpet not only cleaned but straightened in my bedroom. Excellent. Give him a bonus!!!!

Comment: I appreciated the help and information from Dominique and Bobby. I've never had such an awful time with HVACs, did not know what to do, and they were an enormous help and very professional and cheerful. They can fix it! And they did! My son, Jon Rini, will call you to clean his system as well. PS...I did get new filters and put them in. Biggest problem is that I am not tall enough or strong enough to close the attic stairs! Many thanks!

Comment: I was not satisfied with the anti-microbial treatment. I did not smell the peppermint fragrance and I mentioned it to the technician and he said it 's there he could smell it . if it was applied it was a very small amount. I suffer from allergies and the anti- microbial was the most important part of the contract to me. Thank you
