Comment: The technicians who worked on my carpet were friendly and professional. I recommend you institute a better precaution against carbon monoxide fumes, however. After the technician left, my alarms went off and the fire department found very high CO levels apparently blown into the house by your generator, since no other cause was found. Perhaps you should warn clients to keep their houses well ventilated during and after a cleaning.

Comment: Excellent work. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. They did forget to clean or replace the vents in one room. I had a bear of a time replacing them.

Comment: THE TECH WAS NOT GOING TO DO THE SERVICE THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR LIKE MOVING THE FURNITURE AND PUTTING THE DEODERIZER DOWN UNTILL I TOLD HIM TO DO IT. I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO ALL THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE TILL I TOLD HIM I PAID FOR IT IT NEEDS DONE. IN ALL THE SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT IF I PAY FOR A SERVICE AND IT INCLUDE THING LIKE FURNITURE BEING MOVE I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TELL THE TECH THE IT NEEDS TO GET DONE.
