Comment: Everything looked good when he left. The next morning a pet stain spot showed up. I called and James Coleman came back out to treat the spot on 15th. The spot is still there and James is scheduled to come back out this Wednesday,4-27 to treat the floor again. I trust he will be able to accomplish the goal as you have in the past. Dorothy Splawn

Comment: I prepaid for the service on my AmEx. It is my understanding that there were fewer systems/ducts than I reported to the scheduler. Can you tell me the amount of the credit that will go back on my AmEx and when it will be applied?

Comment: Disappointed that the black light would not show the pet stains on the dark carpet. That was according to the technician, he could smell the urine in the carpet cleaning water, but could not locate the problem in the carpet.

Comment: Drying times vary. Indentations where furniture sit require much longer time to dry. Most probably 48 hours in these small pockets. Also, drying time depends on windows being opened or not.

Comment: I like the fact there is a guarantee if we have any issue. The home has been sold and the new owner is expecting their first baby within weeks of closing. It's very important to me the carpets be sanitary. Thank You for the attention to detail.

Comment: A couple of stains that seemed to be gone when the carpets were wet have come back just as dark. Kind of disappointing. The technician was very nice, fast and helpful. He was very quick to move any chairs and furniture I was trying to get out of the way. The website didn't have enough details. I started on the website but had to call. My bedrooms are large, but I only needed the traffic patterns around the bed, dresser and recliner. Didn't know what size to call them.

Comment: you need to teach your service techs how to use combination lock boxes. This tech was there over 1/2 hour trying to open this one...my sprinkler repair guy came to the rescue!!

Comment: The Dalworth air duct cleaning crew, Brandon and John, did a most excellent job for me. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable - I can't say enough good things about them and the service they provided. This is my 3rd time using Dalworth and I am still very very satisfied with all my services and service providers. Although more expensive than others, you get what you pay for when you use Dalworth and I will continue to use and recommend their services.
