Comment: My service guy, I believe his name was James, was beyond excellent! He was patient and flexible with all the moving related installations I had going on that day. He was very professional and I truly appreciate his great service! Also, I was pleasantly surprised with how fast I was able to get an appointment! When planning the move to our new house, I forgot about having the carpets in the kids room cleaned. I made a last minute phone call, expecting a few days to a week wait time, and was able to get NEXT DAY service! I am very pleased with the whole experience and will be using you guys in the future for sure!

Comment: My service tech was on time, friendly, helpful and professional. He performed the carpet cleaning within the time period he estimated. The results were fantastic. The carpets in all three areas look LIKE NEW! Also, let me say the service rep who took our order by telephone was very friendly and receptive. He set up the job lightning fast and our tech was on site within a couple of hours. You can't ask for more from the Dalworth team. We are very pleased with the results and will use Dalworth again. Comment: Our service technician, Steven, was wonderful. I originally thought just a simple carpet clean would help remove pet odor, but he explained that what he could do would only be a temporary fix. We ended up going with the full pet odor removal, which is a lot more expensive, but ended up being worth it. During the process he explained what he was doing and showed me all that came out of the carpet. He did the service on a Friday and even came back on Sunday to do a follow up. At the follow we noticed my baseboard in the living room soaked up some water and he came back to my house over the weekend to help me sand it out and re-paint the area. I could not have asked for better service. We talked about sealing my tile and granite countertops so I will be calling and requesting Steven again.
