Comment: First tech arrived at 9:20 and had problem with water pressure and had to contact a co-worker. Co-worker arrived at 12:00noon and was able to do the job. I appreciate that I didn't have to reschedule. Tech was very kind, friendly and professional. Listened to my instructions/concerns and got right to work.

Comment: My only comment is that the carpet appeared to be clean when wet. However, several of the stains showed back up after it dried.

Comment: I had to have additional services due to pet stains so that increased the price. It was more than I expected to pay, but I understand that is due to the pet odor issues. The technician was very polite and easy to work with.
