Comment: My appointment time was originally set for 2-4 p.m. I received a call in the morning that a technician was in my area and could be there when he completed his job at 11 a.m. I said "Tell him to get some lunch and then he can come to the house." He was there at noon and finished a little after 1 p.m. It was a pleasant surprise.

Comment: Harold was our service technician and he was recommended by my friend Melinda Ramsey. He was great and very helpful and did a great job. He was coming from another job and was delayed but he worked really hard to make up the time and get finished so that I could leave. But he did not skimp on the cleaning and even went back up to work on some difficult spots. I cannot tell you how much better my carpet looks. Now just putting my house back together. I now remember why I waited to long. Now that I realize that Dalworth does a great job for a reasonable price and cares about the longevity of my carpets, I will be back. Many thanks. Comment: The technician was helping me remove smelly, allergy-causing, lung-irritating residue from my 2 week old carpet. It had a strong newsprint smell to it that got on the dogs and caused us some health issues. We had washed the carpet 3 times ourselves making a small dent in it, so Dalworth was our last effort to keep the carpet installed. I didn't think it would help much, but it really did take almost all of the smell away and my lungs didn't hurt that night for the first time in 2 weeks. I'm so relieved that we could find a solution to something that was causing my family a lot of stress. I'm thinking one more cleaning might get rid of all the smell (aside from normal new carpet off-gas) once and for all. I'll probably be booking another appointment soon. Thank you so much!
