Comment: Joe and Jacob were extremely diligent. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions with patience. They took their time but we're also very efficient! We have been using Dalworth for close to 20 years and these two gentlemen were among the best representatives you have sent! I will definitely be requesting them for all our future cleanings.

Comment: the first tech Louis, had trouble with his vehicle and another came within 30 minutes to finish th.e job Louis was very good. . Rolando was the second tech and he too very professional and his work was very satisfactory. Both men represented Dalworth very well.

Comment: My service tech was Steven Turner; I could not have had a nicer or more competent technician. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I was especially pleased to be able to have the carpet stretched in the hallway that I had been putting up with for the last several years. Comment: My technician, Chris Leitner, was AMAZING. I am a very loyal customer and have been very disappointed since your loss of Jarrod Alford, then you send an awful tech, so I used another company which I was not happy, then came back. ALL your techs could learn a lot from CHRIS...his attitude, his knowledge and his professionalism is what your company needs to have in all your service technicians. Comment: I did not have carpets cleaned. I did have the stained/stamped concrete cleaned. A rubber rug pad left tiny beads of rubber adhered to the sealer. The tecs scrubbed the floor various times and then tried to removed all the rubber beads. Looks like al the beads are removed, but it looks like some of the stain was also removed in spots. It really showed up when they re-sealed the floor.
