Comment: I had two technicians' service in one day due to equipment failure of the first one. A second techician returned within a short period of time to complete the job. Comment: Over $1000 to clean two bedrooms and a hallway and tile in the four-year. Three pet stains that he showed me small dog over $1000 to clean two bedrooms and a hallway and tile in the four-year. Three small urine stains the size of a half-dollar that he showed me. When I was done adding what he suggested it was ridiculously expensive. My husband is still not talking to me. But they did a good job and they were very nice

Comment: Consider having a chart on service levels and room size options readily available for review during order process (maybe on the page where you click to start the order process). I was unclear about the specifics for premium service and also struggled a bit when trying to decide where my room sizes fell on the fly. I liked that the tech was flexible regarding our specific requests. Overall, an excellent experience!

Comment: After our Service Technician (Roger) looked at our area rug, he recommended "restoration" as a better cleaning process rather than just a normal hot water extraction. He explained the difference between the two and based on the amount of soil on the area rug, we decided to have the area rug (actually long cable carpet) using the restoration process. At the end, I was amazed how clean the area rug was. Thanks so much

Comment: Need to lay old rags or towels down on non-carpet floors when spraying for spot treatments at edge of carpet. I almost fell when I went into my kitchen after tech had left. I then put a towel down to protect myself.
