Comment: Harold set the bar very high. This job was much more then I expected. I was going to have to buy new carpet. He saved me $1400.00. I am so amazed at the appearance of my carpet. I received above and beyond what I expected. I have been using Dalworth for a while and this was by far the best job I have ever received.

Comment: I have used Dalworth for 28 years. Always happy.This was my granddaughter home. Carpet was In bad shape. The heavy traffic areas still seem to have some soil. I may ask that he come back to see if he thinks a second treatment Would get it up. Chris was excellent. Very good representative of your company.

Comment: The tech hose came undone and my husband went to keep the water from spraying everywhere ,and he fell and has a broken rib. We didn't worry about it because we have health insurance.
