Comment: The person who scheduled my service went above and beyond to fit me in on the day/time I requested. I was moving back into my home after being in a hotel for 90 days due to a house fire. She made multiple phone calls to me to coordinate the service date/time. The two technicians who did the work were excellent--very kind, professional, detailed. They also went above and beyond in trying to do the best job possible to restore my wood floors and granite countertops.

Comment: Monty was on time and his attitude and appearance were excellent. We walked around and he gave me time to show him the spots that needed attention. He brought my attention to the master bedroom which also needed to be cleaned. He was vert patient and we discussed everything that needed to be done. I also noticed that he had excellent cleaning materials and was very respectful of my house. I was concerned about my outside door and he was very careful when he brought in his cleaning tools. My carpet is so beautiful and I am so happy that I decided to add the master bedroom to my order. I called Dalworth and made another appointment for 6 months from now. I think Monty is an expert in his field and was very professional and understanding. THANK YOU
