Comment: Brian Marshall and Freddie Bravo were excellent technicians and good representatives of Dalworth. With 30 of the technicians' departure the carpeting in several of the rooms developed "mountains" of loose rippling. I was very concerned that the carpets were damaged or would need to be rest retched. I immediately call the office. Justine encouraged me to wait until carpeting was completely dry to re-evaluate then to call back. The next morning the "mountains"were no longer apparent. I would have preferred the technician alert me to the possibility of this rippling effect to allay my concerns. This seemed like an oversight in customer care.

Comment: Alberto is the most professional technician that has cleaned my carpets and I had the best results! I will not use anybody else but Alberto at Dalworth!

Comment: Mostly pleased. The chair looked much better. The carpets looked very little better and in the hall no better. Granted the hall carpet is worn. Last time the hall was cleaned by zerorez and it looked much better initially. The technician was very polite and professional except he wore a ear piece and talked quite a bit but not the entire time. The price would have seemed reasonable if the experience had been better.

Comment: I've been using Dalworth twice a year for several years. Orlando was the technician that came earlier this week. This is the first time I've asked this question. Next time I place an order, can I request to have Orlando come back? He was very friendly, personable and very nice to our pets.

Comment: I have used Dalworth for many years and I am confident in their service. I was confident enough in the technicians who came to leave them alone in the house while I took the dogs to the dog park. The guys who came were very professional and did a good job. I would ask for them again.
